Kenneth Persaud is CEO of Precision Healthcare Systems, a full risk IPA located in Central Florida. In his role at Precision, Kenneth leads the strategic development of network expansion initiatives, innovative integrated case management and clinical documentation improvement programs. Precision Healthcare’s hallmark is a patient centric model of care which employs innovative provider engagement strategies, yielding long lasting improved health outcomes. Prior to working with Precision Healthcare, Kenneth served as a Director at Physicians United Plan, a Medicare advantage HMO with over 18,000 enrollees in Florida, where his focus included network development, Medicare risk adjustment, managed care clinical programs development, as well as regulatory accreditation oversight. Before joining Physicians United Plan, Kenneth served as the VP of Health Services at one of the largest full risk managed care IPA’s in South Florida, serving a patient population of approximately 17,000; where his oversight included serving as the primary architect of the UM program, case management program, HCC activities, as well as development of provider education programs. Kenneth has held executive positions and served as a consultant for the last decade with managed care IPAs, large hospital systems and MA plans. Kenneth began his career as a primary care physician, serving a managed Medicare population in a full risk IPA setting. Kenneth holds a B.S. in Biology & Molecular Biology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed his post graduate studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, School of Medicine.

Kimberly Stone has 20+ years of healthcare experience and 13 years of Management experience in Health Plan Operations including Claims, Customer Service, Provider Relations and Risk Adjustment for various organizations including PacifiCare Health Systems (now owned by United), Kaiser Permanente of Southern California, Inland Health Organization (owned by CHW hospitals), Arcadian Health Plan and Management Services and Lovelace Health Plan of Albuquerque New Mexico. Kimberly has led and/or created departments within the health plan operations for more than 10 years with oversight of as many as 175 union and non-union employees. During her time at Arcadian Health plan Kimberly established a risk adjustment team, increasing overall revenue for Arcadian Health Plan through the development of processes, programs and team collaborative efforts. Kimberly created an internal HCC program from the ground up and led the 2007 Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) Pilot Audit for Lovelace Health Plan. As the Director of Medicare Revenue Management, Kimberly is now responsible for the risk adjustment program for Presbyterian Health Plan. Kimberly is also on the boards of RISE (Risk adjustment Initiative and Society for Education) and PBW (Professional Business Women) of Albuquerque.

Lesley is the Director of Risk Adjustment for VIVA Health based in Birmingham, Alabama. Lesley has over 16 years experience in Medicare Managed Care with the last 5 of those years being solely dedicated to risk adjustment operations. Prior to overseeing the Risk Adjustment department, she was the Director of Medicare Operations for VIVA Health where she managed the Medicare Enrollment, Claims and Member Services staff. She has extensive experience with RADV audits and has been responsible for successfully leading VIVA Health through 5 of them.

Lesley has also provided consulting services to health plans seeking to implement a Medicare Advantage product as well as plans needing to prepare for CMS operational audits. She has helped several managed care organizations file their application with CMS and implement the operational processes necessary to manage the product.

Ms. Greenberg leads AG Compliance Group in its mission to provide excellence in compliance consulting services to health care organizations. AG Compliance Group specializes in health plan and privacy compliance. Ms. Greenberg provides consulting services in commercial healthcare insurance, Medicare and Medicaid regulatory compliance, privacy laws and their implementation, regulatory auditing, and management consulting. Ms. Greenberg has provided compliance consulting services to national healthcare firms in the areas of state and federal regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid compliance and auditing, policy development and implementation, and fraud and abuse auditing and integrity program development. Ms. Greenberg is providing consulting and policy development services in the creation of the statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE) in New Mexico. The HIE will provide practitioners electronic access to patient information throughout the state.

Ms. Greenberg has certification from The George Washington University Healthcare Corporate Compliance Certification program and holds certifications from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and HIPAA Privacy and Security certifications from the HIPAA Academy. Ms. Greenberg earned her MA in Mathematics and BS in Psychology from the University of New Mexico.
